Our company has accumulated a lot of experience in research and development, production, and manufacturing of the chlorine electrodes. Therefore, we had produced the anodes and cathodes production successfully and qualified.
The production of titanium plated with ruthenium iridium anodes and titanium mesh cathodes of this project as follows:
1. Electrode substrate: Gr1
2. Processing requirements: meet the required mesh and wire diameter, meet the flatness requirements for processing, and no burrs.
3. mmo coating requirments: A corrosion-resistant ruthenium mixed oxide multicomponent coating that meets the established current density for use.
4. Operating Current density: ≤ 8000A/m2
5. Service life: ≥8 Years
6. Quantity: 600 units(anodes and cathodes)
7. Packaging requirements: Customized export wooden boxes that meet air freight requirements and standards.


The chlor-alkali industry used high electrical density and Continuous electrolysis for a long time. It required high corrosion resistance of the anodes and longer service life, which also required product quality. According to the actual needs of users, our company had conducted multiple coating strengthening life tests and formula adjustments in the early stage, which not only up to scratch of customers requirements but also saved costs for users.
