MMO Anode Mesh for Steel Reinforcement in Concrete Cathodic Protection

Mixed Metal Oxide (MMO) anode mesh is a durable anode designed for impressed current cathodic protection systems of steel structures and steel reinforcement in concrete. For new build structures, the mesh anode is simply attached to the reinforcements before the concrete is poured, and for use as a retrofit measure, the mesh anode can be inserted into channels in the existing concrete which have been ground away, which are then filled using mortar.
