Ruthenium Iridium Coating Titanium Expanded Metal Mesh Anode

Ruthenium Iridium Coating Titanium Expanded Metal Mesh Anode

Precious metals coated titanium anodes are prepared by applying an electrocatalytic coating (precious metals or oxides of precious metals, typically platinum,ruthenium or iridium) on titanium or other valve metal substrates, such as niobium and tantalum.Comparing with other insoluble anodes such as lead,lead alloy and graphite,they are of good conductivity, lower cell voltage and longer service life. UTron had offered ruthenium iridium coating titanium expanded metal mesh anode to their Japan customer. Below is some parameters for reference:

Electrode Material: Titanium;
Electrode Coating: Ruthenium iridium oxide mixture;
Coating Thickness: 5 Micron;
Shape:Expanded mesh ;
Dimension: As per the drawing;
Application:Electrochemical water treatment;
Export Country: Japan.

UTron has over 16 years experience of titanium electrode production.
